About this quiz

- Each answer scores 1 to 5. Questions 6, 9 and 12 are scored in reverse. Each dimension has 6 questions and its score is their average, from 1 to 5. A score above 3 counts as high.
- Low anxiety and low avoidance is secure; high anxiety only is anxious; high avoidance only is avoidant; both high is fearful-avoidant.
Scoring
- Attachment anxiety: How much you worry about being rejected or left. A higher score means you need more reassurance from your partner.
